Quality Assurance

The CQC ask all care agencies as part of their regulation, to complete a Quality Assurances survey annually. This is our latest report which was completed in April 2024.

We are delighted with the results and the feedback we have received from the clients/ families and friends we support.

The survey helps us as an agency to analyse the areas we need to improve and also shows us what we are doing well. The comments that were given to us on completion of this Survey appears below.
