Saffron Support can offer a range of support for younger adults from 18 years of age and up.
This help can be within your own home or to go to work or college, access the community. Individuals may like to go swimming or to the cinema to watch the latest release or go shopping. Whatever your request we would come out and talk to you face to face and complete an assessment then this is written into a care plan which is adapted to help individuals needs in helping them stay independent and living at home. Once the assessment has taken place, we would match the right person to the individual.
All our care workers or personal assistants undergo full training and are all DBS checked. We are registered with CQC. All our staff are employed by Saffron Support
Saffron Support offer visiting care where you can choose the time of day you would like your own personal assistant or care worker to visit you. You can plan out a week with them and have a regular visit or if something crops up you can have an ad-hock visit. Our aim is to support all our individuals to live life to the full.
